LL.M. students entering in January 2022 or beyond may be considered for the LL.M. Merit Scholarship by submitting this SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION.
To be eligible, a student must be admitted into a WMU-Cooley Law LL.M. program as a degree-seeking student after January 1, 2022. Scholarships are awarded based on merit, with factors considered such as J.D. GPA, bar admission, community or military service, employment, and anticipated contribution to the legal community. Scholarships are granted as a reduction in tuition over the duration of the program. Students must remain in good academic standing and must not be subject to disciplinary sanctions to maintain the scholarship.
Students who submit the scholarship application earlier in the process will be given preference for the timeliness of the application (submit 4 weeks before the start of the new term for highest preference). Scholarships will not be considered until a completed program application is submitted.
